My time at Enjoy Dokha so far has been wonderful. I successfully drove new brand strategies across social media and email marketing that successfully supported new product launches and resulted in a 7% sales increase in 2024, followed by a 5% increase in 2025. To support this growth, I personally produced and curated a comprehensive new catalogue of original photography and digital media to elevate the company's visual identity. Alongside these marketing initiatives, I served as an operational pillar for the broader team and provided dedicated executive support to the CEO. By also managing global shipping logistics, maintaining inventory alongside other members of the team, and delivering responsive customer support, I grounded myself as a reliable, cross-functional team player dedicated to the company's ongoing success.
During my time as a Marketing Assistant at Jewel Home, I contributed to the development and implementation of marketing strategies. I also assisted in creating engaging content for social media platforms and conducted market research to identify new opportunities for brand growth. Finally, I played a key role in organizing promotional events and tracking customer feedback.
I served as an E Learning Developer at Rentokil Initial, where I designed and developed interactive e-learning modules. Some of the day to day tasks consisted of gathering content and create engaging learning experiences. Utilized multimedia tools to enhance user engagement and knowledge retention. Conducted quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the e-learning materials. Managed multiple projects simultaneously and met deadlines consistently. This was also alongside studying my Level 3 BTEC in Creative Media.
To start my professional life, I started as a Retail Assistant at multiple establishments, including Legoland Windsor, Odeon, Sport Direct, Menkind, and Paperchase. This gave me the tools to learn to provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries across a range of products and problems. It also meant I got valuable experience with cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash registers. I also got know how for organizing merchandise displays and ensuring store cleanliness.
Outside of my professional work, my free time is heavily driven by my creative pursuits. I have spent the last six years honing my photography skills across studio and on-location shoots, recently expanding into concert photography with personal invitations to shoot at events like Firevolt Festival. I also enjoy all sorts of music, and regularly attend concerts and festivals such as Download Festival. When I step away from the camera, I love to be in and amongst the wilderness of places such as Snowdonia and the Lake District with my two dogs. For the past three years, I have applied my love for creative writing to craft immersive campaigns and narratives for Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs.
