Managing large-scale events across multiple venues, including BIC, Bournemouth Pavilion, and South Terrace, has cultivated diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced hospitality experience.

Having worked for BHLive for the past 10 years, I have seen the hospitality industry change and adapt and have adjusted my skill set accordingly.

Due to the nature of the venues I have worked across, I have a plethora of experience across events, conference and banqueting and smaller, more intimate settings.

Over my time here my roles and responsibilities have included but not limited to;


- Managing high volumes of in-house and agency staff, both experienced and inexperienced whilst simultaneously running an event.

- Cash handling, P&L's, Forecasting and Targets.

- Payroll and Rota's.

- Client and event organisers liaison.

- Front of house, both customer facing and behind the scenes.

- Cellar management.

- Creating catering points, bars and service areas for a variety of different scale and caliber of events.

- Manage dinner service for up to 1200 people.

- Managing bars under limited time restraints for up to 7000 patrons at once.
