  • My role and responsibilities were to assist the executive head chef and senior sous chef/ sous chef team in maintaining a clean and safe environment within the kitchen.
  • Part of our role at the airport were to assist with flight delays and demands which at times could exceed 650 guests, plus restaurant.
  • Part of my time at tribe id spend assisting the executive chef in development of new menu items/ special menu items.
  • We are the largest hotel in Manchester boasting 412 bedrooms.

  • Being an airport hotel, we had to deal with flight delays and assist the airport for up to 300 guests, plus restaurant and function rooms.
  • My responsibility was to prepare all the food items for my restaurant section, as well as preparations for our functions, which we often hosted up to 500 guests at any one time for functions.
