Jakub Krauze

My current job is another great example of my customer service skills. I have to handle over 50 customer orders daily, ensuring that I keep customers satisfied. As well as this, as a crew member at McDonald's I have developed a variety of skills including strong verbal communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. My role involves continuous interaction with customers, where I have to provide excellent service, address questions asked by customers, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining a friendly and professional manner. I work closely with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment and efficiently achieving daily goals, from food preparation, to money handling, to successful orders. The main thing needed for my job is adaptability. I am regularly rotated through different roles, like cashiering, kitchen support, and drive-thru orders, ensuring I can meet the demands of the different roles and the shift as a whole.

During my time as a Steward at MKM Stadium it was my job to ensure that the crowd was safe and well-behaved. I took part in preventing overcrowding and unauthorised entry, as well as identifying and reporting potential hazards in order to keep the crowd safe. I also provided exceptional customer service to fans by providing information, guiding people to their seats and checking their tickets in order to make sure that everyone had a great match day experience.
