  • I would describe myself as an active, sociable individual who values making the most out of life. In my spare time I enjoy playing (and watching) football, listening to (and making) music and cooking (and eating) food. I have recently completed the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), attaining a Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills. On the course, I was introduced to Belbin. My Belbin report showed that the top four roles I take in a team are plant, shaper, resource investigator and coordinator. It also showed that I have a pioneering profile; one of few people equally ready to develop new ideas on my own or with others.
