Passionate about cooking with a strong love of creativity I have experience working with a variety of cuisines from traditional Spanish Tapas to Asian inspired vegan food. I am constantly looking to learn and expand my knowledge, I will never pretend their isn't something I can't learn, always being eager to develop knew skills. A strong communicator, easily able to work as part of a team or individually, I am incredibly creative and practical with a strong eye for detail, I am never happier than working with my own hands.
