• Supervised and worked on Grade 1 and 2 blade repair operations on GE Wind turbines.
• Roles included sealing cracks/chamfering/laminating/filler profiling and topcoat
• Following work instructions to complete repairs to s as high standard
• Accurate recording and reporting of repairs

• Working at height on a variety of different structures using IRATA recognised techniques as a method of access
• Understanding and implementing RAMS to complete jobs to an IRATA conformant level
• Completing Tool Box Talks to continually monitor safety and effectively communicate with my team to complete jobs to client specifications
