A competitive and driven Geography BSc student from Loughborough University with a proven ability to build relationships, communicate across a variety of contexts, and perform under pressure. Having represented international U18 Rugby, I bring the resilience, adaptability, and target-driven mentality that thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. I am a natural communicator who enjoys working with people, identifying opportunities, and delivering results. These are all qualities I am eager to channel into a career in executive search at Mackenzie Stuart.
As a part-time job I work for Ultimate Rugby 7s (UR7s), a bespoke rugby 7s academy which identifies talent nationwide in the pursuit of growing the game, as well as opening up opportunities for more communities. As a rugby player myself, I had no doubt I knew everything there is to know about the game. However, seeing it from the other side has given me a whole new perspective which has benefitted my own game. Furthermore, I was quickly trusted with sole responsibility for coaching my own groups, requiring careful preparation, clear communication, and the ability to create an engaging environment that delivered the best possible experience. At every camp there is a new challenge, including a different coaching group, a new environment, and a new set of parents to communicate and give feedback to, which has continuously strengthened my adaptability, confidence, and communication skills.
During my time at Headlam Hall, I cultivated both technical and interpersonal skills, developing myself as a person. Working in hospitality, I consistently prioritised delivering an exceptional experience. Whether that meant striking up genuine conversation or simply ensuring every interaction left a positive impression. I thrive in hands-on, people-focused environments and take pride in my adaptability and high standards in everything I do.
