Jake Jeffery

During my time with the AMF1 team, I gained valuable insight into the components of a Formula 1 organisation, developing a strong understanding of how multiple departments collaborate to achieve strong performance at the highest level of motorsport. Observing these processes reinforced my interest in pursuing a career within Formula 1.

This experience also allowed me to strengthen key transferable skills, including; effective communication, teamwork and professional networking. Engaging with industry professionals helped me build confidence in presenting myself in a professional environment, while also developing my ability to learn from experienced individuals.

I also enhanced my employability skills through practical session focused on CV development and interview techniques. Further collaborating with like-minded peers further developed my ability to work within a team, share ideas and build meaningful connections.
