- Iniitially started working at White Leaf Support on a zero hours contract whilst completing my Carpentry & Joinery course at College. Upon completion of my course I have continued working at White Leaf Support increasing my hours when possible.
- Main responsibility is to support the Maintenance Manager in the care and upkeep, both inside and within the grounds of the 9 different properties that White Leaf Support manage.
- Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance and gardening ensuring all properties are kept safe and maintained.
- Ensuring that each property had the correct equipment required within correct timescales.
- Applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
- Painting & completing new rooms with precision improving the overall appearance of the property for residents to occupy.
- Regularly working on landscaping tasks to enhance properties appeal.
- Interacting with the residents of the various properties with care and respect, taking into account individual needs and requirements.
