  • I used techniques and personal knowledge to assess player abilities and assign them to the correct positions within team.
  • Showing discipline to all team members helped them grow as a team and show them what it feels and looks like to be a team and to show good citizenship skills to each other.

  • Undertook a Level 3 apprenticeship in becoming a sports coach through primary and secondary school settings.
  • Learned different styles of teaching various sports through a 6 week shadow period of watching different coaches through the business.
  • Taking on my own curriculum and after school clubs and being assessed on how I taught the lessons.
  • Attending multiple sport courses to be able to deliver various sports in schools and summer camps.
  • Over time taking bigger roles In summer camps to the point where I was leading the summer camps for 4-16 years olds where I was planning the timetable of the camp day to day and choosing what sports and coaches would be where and when. overseeing the camp through the 6 weeks to ensure the camp was running the best it could be.
  • Eventually becoming a main coach in the business where I was teaching curriculum PE in primary schools daily from 8am-4pm everyday.
  • Finally I qualified my apprenticeship during covid times and shortly after coming out of lockdown I left the company to go and be set in one school setting.
