Responsible for technical design, coordination with design consultants, liaison with clients and day-to-day project management.

Lead Designer and Project Engineer on a number of complex projects involving historical and Grade Listed buildings, including:

• Refurbishment of a 200+ year old Grade Listed hotel in Epsom - £8m+
• Alteration works at the Royal Academy of Arts - £15m
• Conversion of an existing Covent Garden warehouse building into offices and high-end residential, including basement excavation - £25m
• Substructure design (piled raft slab) for a new multi-storey student accommodation in Edinburgh - £15m+
• Temporary works design for a three-level deep basement in Notting Hill - £8m+
• Multiple refurbishment and redevelopment projects in Central London, up to £5m.

Resuscitation Trolley, Suction and Oxygen Audits carried out annually, collecting data from over 1500 bed spaces, 150 wards and further departments.

Reports were presented to members of the Executive board within the KCH Trust.
