Whilst working at Cricklade and Spa Hotel I had two job roles.

The first of which was Food and Beverage Supervisor. In this role my responsibilities included:

• Completing accurate end-of-day financial routines for cash and card transactions.
• Leading by example in providing customers with attentive, professional restaurant service.
• Resolving complaints calmly and professionally to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Coordinating Front of House staff ahead of service for smooth execution to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean bar area, ensuring the stock rotation of drinks and adequate levels of stock behind the bar.

I also had the role of Hotel Receptionist. In this role my responsibilities included:

• Greeting customers warmly, aiming to provide positive, smooth check-in experiences.
• Managing guest bookings and enquiries accurately and efficiently for continued customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining clean, tidy reception areas, ensuring consistently positive first impressions.

During my time at The Sticky Fig my job responsibilities included:

• Serving meals and drinks with professionalism and skill, maintaining high presentation and quality standards.
• Keeping guest tables neat and tidy by regularly clearing away dirty dishes, used glasses and wiping down surfaces.
• Thoroughly cleaned dining areas, waiting areas and bathrooms to maintain guest comfort and hygiene.
• Cleaned, sanitised and organised food storage racks and bins, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards.
• Checking in with customers during meals to check orders were received correctly and met guests' expectations.
• Preparing fresh, enjoyable breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and dinners for diners.
• Ordering and receiving products and supplies to maintain well-stocked kitchen areas.
