People Systems & Data Manager
Systems Ownership & Optimisation
- Own and evaluate the Society's current HR system(s), identifying opportunities for improvements, upgrades, or replacement.
- Develop a clear roadmap to implement and scale employee and manager self-service functionality.
- Manage system configuration, security, user permissions, data workflows, and integration points.
- Work with third-party system providers and IT to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement.
HR Process Efficiency
- Review and enhance end-to-end HR processes in collaboration with the HR Operations team, identifying automation and simplification opportunities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR systems and process flows.
- Lead change management and user training plans when introducing system/process changes.
Data Management & Reporting
- Line manage and coach the People Data Analyst to ensure accurate, insightful, and timely reporting for the P&D team and business stakeholders.
- Champion data integrity and standardisation across all people systems.
- Create dashboards and metrics to inform strategic workforce decisions and monitor key people KPIs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the go-to expert on HR technology for the wider HR team and the business.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless process handoffs and data flow.
- Support audit, compliance, and data governance requirements for HR systems and data usage.
