In my current role as a Laboratory analyst, I work closely with asbestos complying with health and safety regulations. My main responsibilities and duties consist of accurately identifying asbestos fibres, recording and inputting my findings and processing reports which are presented to our clients.
During my ongoing employment with SGS UK Limited I have completed my P401 - Identification of Asbestos in Bulk Samples (PLM).
During my time working as a Travel Money Advisor I was responsible for handling money, providing information on products and prices and delivering excellent customer service.
My first job role working as a Customer Service Assistant provided me with the basic knowledge and skills to progress within employment. My main responsibilities comprised of greeting customers with exceptional customer service, collecting payments, processing vouchers/coupons, resolving customer issues and maintaining checkout operations by adhering to policies and procedures.
