    In past roles I have been dedicated and motivated as progression in my career is important to me. Whilst working as a care assistant i worked my way from carer to lead on shift then Team leader, this has helped me develop skills such as managing a team, working with higher professionals, time keeping and communication skills.

In my own personal time i have gained a level 2 in children's and young person's mental health.
