My day to day duties included, serving customers of all ages and abilities, daily management of my of colleagues, daily stock taking and cleaning of the kitchen, I was also the main cook.

My daily duties was to serve the customers at the tills, I was also given tasks on delivery days to put out the new stock and make sure the stock rotation has been followed whilst filling the shelves.

My day to day consisted of serving till work, tidying and organising the cards, completing customers balloon orders and stock handling.

In this establishment I was in charge of the other staff, I also did all of the cash handling. I was in charger of all of the beer and spirit orders, my day to do included cleaning the pub and once a week cleaning the beer lines.

At the pub, I lived above the establishment, I was security for the establishment. My day to day consists of cleaning the pub everyday and the beer garden, once a week I also cleaned the beer lines. I was the person to create the other staff members rotas and make sure everyone's pay was correct, I also completed all of the beer and spirit orders.

At Spar my main duties are to work the till, Stock handling of delivery days, stock rotation, updating the date diary, reductions and day to day date checking.
