I see myself as having a very friendly and bubbly personality!
I am an extremely motivated individual with a strong work ethic and have great team building skills.
I am always willing to take on any task and see myself as being a reliable and dedicated team player.
Being a hardworking student and getting the most out of the study skills at college has allowed me to develop academically with the pressures of time-strained coursework and exams.
I learn new ideas and ways of working quickly and have excellent observational, organisational and communication skills.
At college, I completed three subjects: Music, Music Technology and Performing Arts. I aimed to achieve a high level in my studies while broadening my knowledge in musicality and performance.
I successfully gained the role ‘Teen Angel' in the College 'Grease' production, which gave me the opportunity to showcase my unique vocal skills.
More recently, I performed role of the “Wardrobe” in 'Beauty and The Beast' production. The wardrobe part is a very exaggerated character, so I was extremely excited to be taking on this extroverted and well over the top personality.
Alongside my studies I have volunteered to perform in the college's open evenings - taking charge of the technical set up, staging the performers and talking to future students and their parents about the courses which I completed. I was also approached by one of my tutors to perform with him and selected others at a church charity event which I fully enjoyed and had great feedback from the audience there.
I consider myself to be very sociable and high-spirited, giving lots of energy and enthusiasm in everything I do I always aim to do my best, while motivating others that I work with Having an ambitious and resilient mindset, I take on whatever challenges come my way I take pride in being a confident and independent individual while also being a team player who is open to sharing and listening to new ideas I generate creative ideas which often helps with problem solving or thinking about tasks outside of the box My passion for theatre has encouraged my quick-thinking skills that allows me to continuously develop time-management and maintaining a professional punctual mindset
In my own time, I have gained much experience with ‘The Voice Academy', having private singing lessons and gained a Distinction for my Grade 6 Musical Theatre exam. I also took part in several productions singing in bands, groups, trios, duets and solos. We also performed at numerous organised charity events.
This course looks amazing in regards to developing skills, exciting research and practicing a wide range of performances, collaboration with others and creating a personalised professional portfolio. I plan to develop my own flare on stage as an actor and performer, while gaining a high level of knowledge around the audio and digital side
I would love to be able to work part time alongside my studies to gain further life experiences within the field of your industry.
I have a particular interest in waitressing and would enjoy being part of your service.
