JADE ASENSI

Taking care of a (now) two year old girl and her brother who is 5! Mainly caring for the daughter but also taking charge of school pickups and after school activities!

• Working closely with a family and their three year old daughter. Planning and implementing fun and educational activities both at home and places of interest. Providing a loving and safe space using a calm and focussed approach. I have created such a strong bond within this role and know how important this is for both child and parents.

• Providing care for twins from two until four years old. This role was invaluable in honing skills transferable to various childcare settings. It has strengthened my multitasking abilities patience, and capacity for nurturing strong individual bonds. Balancing the needs and routines of two children has deepened my adaptability and organisation skills.

• This role has enriched me with skills applicable across various nursery settings. Engaging with children aged 6 months to 4 years honed my adaptability, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities with both children and parents, fostering trust and rapport essential for childcare environments.
