Summary

An accomplished sales professional with expertise in upselling and strategic negotiation, consistently delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Demonstrates exceptional time management efficiency, ensuring daily objectives are met before customer interactions begin. Known for innovative problem-solving, going above and beyond to provide after-sale support and foster customer loyalty. Career goals include further enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding product offerings to drive business growth.

As an external Sales Rep I would not just "visit" a customer to only give them a current price list make small chit chat and go. That is ineffective and with a bit more aggression I would ask where and what price they are paying for items I can see they have on premises that I know I can sell to them and from that information strategize a sales plan on how they will buy items they presently buying elsewhere.

Skills

  • Upselling expertise I proud myself in effectively probing customers to fully understand their needs so I can offer them the best product and service for those needs and of course providing after sale support and troubleshooting where application is key to success of the product they purchased
  • Strategic negotiation Where I can't win a sale on pricing because of competitor prices being lower, I find other products I know they sure use where I can be more competitive in pricing so in other words my aim is always to see where I can "fill their basket" with products and services I sell
  • Time management efficiency I at the very least am in office at 7am so I have that hour to plan goals and objectives for the day before the phones start going crazy and walk in customers start coming in
  • I'm a natural problem solver I always think outside the box and always find the shortest route to the solution for a problem a customer is having even if that means personally going 2 extra miles for the customer For me delivering stock after hours in my own car, waiting for couriers to collect I don't even see going the extra mile as the loyalty I get in return from the customer justifies my next level going the extra mile for a customer
