Accomplishments

In October 2016, I travelled to Erfurt in Germany for two weeks as part of the England Culinary Olympics team, where I supported the team, doing basic prep for their competition pieces, and catering for the team in the team camp each day.

In 2018, I competed with the Craft Guild of Chefs Junior team, in London's International Salon Culinaire competition Category: ‘La Parade des Chefs'; along with the team, I achieved a bronze standard award.

During the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic while furloughed, I worked for a few months on a voluntary basis for the Cambridge Poverty Alliance, cooking vegetarian meals for the homeless, vulnerable and those finding themselves in food poverty, creating menu ideas, managing sections of the kitchen and finding creative menu solutions with the donated food.
