Work experience with Winkworth Estate Agency Franchise at their head office in Pall Mall. Shadowing senior heads of departments and team members, spending time in each area of the business to gain an overview of almost every part of the business.

• Marketing: Working with the head of social media to plan and create social media posts. Learning about data analysis. Brainstorming and coming up with different content ideas.
• Legal: Working with the Director of legal and her team. Familiarisation with the structure of the franchise and how it works. Reviewing legal contracts and visiting the law courts in xxx London.
• Customer Service: Learning about sales and customer services - listening in on sales calls with existing and potential new clients.
