
A motivated individual with a wealth of experience working in secondary school environments with a focus on SEN students, but interacted empathetically with everyone in the classroom to ensure a nurturing learning environment. Possessing an impressive work ethic, excellence and a passion to exceed what is expected forms the heart of working life. Part of this work ethic has enabled great success working in an expansive team, interacting with parents and students empathetically with patience and understanding. Most recently supported students with ADHD, Down syndrome and who were wheelchair bound, which included personal care. Also held independent literacy interventions for struggling students, and was used as a GCSE scribe and invigilator. More personally, is passionate about creating a positive academic experience for young people and encouraging talent and confidence.
