Directly reporting to Project Quality Manager & to Project Manager regarding site QC matters.

• Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has approved shop drawing, method statement, Quality Control Procedure and Inspection & Test Plan
• Coordination with Consultants with regards to site activities, inspection schedules, non-conformance reports and other matters related to quality.
• Inspection of all civil structure work prior to Casting R.C.C, Pile Foundation & testing.
• Coordinates with Site / Project Engineer/ CM regarding QA/QC issues found at site.
• Prepares weekly and monthly Quality reports.
• Preparing and issuing Non-conformance Report (NCR) and ensuring that Corrective and Preventive Actions Preparing Quality Procedures, Method statement of various activities/ITP/Checklist.

• Report to Construction Manager about progress of project on day-to-day basis.
• Monitor and co-ordinate effect of all Site Engineers, Foremen, Surveyors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers directly connect with project.
• Managed all phases of constructing multi-storied commercial structures.
• Provided site supervision, field engineering and quantity survey.
• Confer with Site engineers, Foremen, Sub contractors and Surveyors to discuss and resolve work procedures and construction process.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Submit inspection request for engineers Inspection.
