• Manage over 10 clinics as well as over-seeing the Tri-Prisons contract (2015-2020) HMP Belmarsh, ISIS and Thameside. Implementing the UK wide Gov. initiative of all inmates receiving BBV 'finger prick' testing.

• I set up the first walk-in community GBMSM clinic in the country in 2005. PITSTOP is an award winning STI testing clinic that has been operating for over 20 years. PITSTOP has evolved by expanding its patient care to WSW and Trans/Gender diverse (TGD) people. Most recently offering cervical screening to TGD communities. Strategic management of online programmes and results management. Streamlining patient results and treatment for a cost effective approach.
• Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager - Ensured compliance with regulatory standards to maintain registration status. Passed three inspections over twelve years, with 'Good' feedback.
• Line managed staff members by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), overseeing appropriate training programmes and demonstrating inspirational leadership.
• Delivered high-quality results whilst adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Keynote Speaker at National Conferences and facilitated discussions and Q&As on different subjects including YP and SRH, HIV testing in marginalised communities and WSW sexual & reproductive health

• Successfully managed Charity fundraising events including Greenwich 'DRAG RACE', London Pride Boat and the Red Run (HIV). Gaining in access of £50k a year in unrestricted funds.
