Jack Lavell

During the time I’ve been at Vestas I feel I have excelled which has earned me the right of being process coordinator on shift. During my time I displayed good leadership skills to increase rates of production, as well as a strong mindset which resulted in me being promoted in a short space of time. I know that the man that I have become through vestas will transfer well into the fire department.

During my time as a builder I picked up lots of different skills, although a lot of the skills aren’t transferable to the fire service I always maintained a strong mindset and work ethic.

During my time as a lifeguard I demonstrated quick thinking in life threatening situations, something which the fire services encompasses. Although most shifts were dull, there were occasions in which I had to act quickly and effectively.
