Hello there! I'm Jack, and I am a Project / Technical Delivery Manager with over a Decade of experience looking for a new opportunity.

Adept Strength for developing Project Plans and Roadmaps whilst overseeing implementation, monitoring milestones and progress, and developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadline and budget parameters with dedication to complex problem solving along the way.
At Outcomes first i worked as a Commercial Project Manager within the Project Portfolio team, directly working with the Portfolio Director and Managing Directors to allocate and progress new pieces of work.
Such work as integration an online tutoring platform into the group, creating plans for changes to over 12 schools simultaneously and implementing a new dashboard to be used by over 90 schools.
As Project Manager at Inspired Entertainment, i was in charge of delivering Virtual Sports Software products and environments to clients across the globe.
Examples of work will be the implementation of Morocco's first every virtual Horses Product, new language requirements for Bet 365 in Serbia and also regulatory requirements for Italian betting.
At Barclays I worked as a Technical Delivery Manger within the Self Service Team.
The Self Service team were responsible for all internal and external Machines (ATMs and Deposit machines for example) as well as in branch Counter terminals.
At my time at Barclays, I have worked on many huge projects along the way. A Key release that most people will know about is the release of all the new Polymer notes (£5, £10, £20 and £50 notes) throughout the branch network in the UK, consisting of ATM machine capability as well as recycling capability for the self service machines working closely with the Bank of England's mandatory deadlines.
Another notable piece of work was the requirement to move from legacy WAS infrastructure to the new APAAS AWS infrastructure for the container level within the self service team - Collaborating with all of the MCA (Multi Channel Application) teams throughout Barclays - and then continuing to be the POC knowledge base for all things related.
As well as this, my usual duties involved BAU updates and hotfixes, Major incident diagnosis and monthly mandatory Microsoft hotfix requirements.
