I feel I have now outgrown where I am at now and I am lacking opportunity to take me further in this career. I have always wanted to venture into a more commission based role so the harder I work the better my outcome , I have spent 5 years at Toby Carvery and have ventured all over throughout the site front and back of house multiple sites when needing staff or manager roles. I have completed various management and skill set training I'm a jack of all trades but to the point where there is nothing else to learn where I am and have peaked so I now believe it is time to venture into something new and work my way forward and up.
