Jack White

Hi, my name is Jack and I am 18 years old. After working in a charity shop and with small children, I was able to gain key social skills that will allow me to excel in this role. I have always loved all sports, and when I was 5, I joined a local rugby team. Working as part of a team has allowed me to understand what is needed to ensure that the team is successful. Alongside playing, I was privileged to become the under 7s coach.Progressing from a player to a coach has really tested me, and has been a huge part of my own development. This experience allowed me to improve and build on my empathy skills and my patience, to allow the children to become great rugby players and have fun whilst doing so.
