During my time working at my local fish and chips shop I was able to further learn how to deal with various customers to help provide them with a excellent experience. I was also part of a team where I further learnt how to work with a team to make are station as efficient and productive as possible while keeping a good relationship with my co-workers. I was also trained in food prep while co-operating with safety standards to ensure food was kept to high standards.

During working my 8 months as a team member I worked in both the front of kitchen greeting and servicing customers where I learnt key skills for example: learning how to deal with customers in various situations and making their experience as enjoyable as possible. I also worked in the back of kitchen including washing up and packing food and ensuring the food met the safety standards when handing it to delivery drivers.
