Designed and built a Python, Flask, and Folium-based fuel tracking system that provides real-time insights into refuelling operations for 15,000+ construction vehicles on major projects, including HS2

• QR Code & Barcode System: Automated vehicle transactions with Python-generated sequential stickers, enabling drivers and clients to view vehicle history
• Interactive Bowser Monitoring: Visually intuitive animated map tracks refuelling routes, showing real-time movements, stops, and dispensed fuel at each location.
• Equipment & Fuel Analytics Dashboards: Centralised asset tracking and heatmap visualisations reveal daily, weekly, and monthly fuelling patterns.
• API Integration for Live Data: Processes and visualises real-time fuel and fleet data for enhanced decision-making and reporting.

Power BI Fuel Analytics Dashboards

Developed data-driven dashboards to optimise fuel consumption, truck utilisation, and site planning.

• Predictive Analysis: Estimated site durations based on historical fuel consumption to assist in bowser allocation
• Performance Monitoring: Delivered weekly analytical reports to clients, offering insights into fuel efficiency and operational bottlenecks.

Automated Driver Logbook System

Designed a Flask-based digital logbook with a PostgreSQL backend, replacing manual records with an automated tracking solution for fuel bowser operations.
