Working as a retail assistant has allowed me to greatly develop my interpersonal skills, conversing with customers and fellow colleagues. Taking on responsibility for planning and task management, whilst simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction has allowed me to improve my time-management and the ability to work in high-pressure situations, whilst further cementing my understanding of the importance of teamwork.

This involved working at multi-sports summer camps for children aged 5-11, where I both lead sessions and assisted other more experienced coaches in delivering important lessons. This allowed me to develop my leadership and communication skills at a young age, whilst fostering a safe and inclusive environment for the children and fellow coaches involved, leading to a variety of fun and engaging activities
