Since graduating in 2023 from Newcastle university, my experience stems mainly from Chestertons, a leading London estate agency where I worked in the lettings department for a year. My remit was lead generation, high volume cold calling, face to face viewings with clients and managing relationships directly with landlords.
After moving to Melbourne on my own to gain further skills and independence in a different environment, I started work for Bua, a face to face marketing company at the top of its field. My daily routine was stopping people on the street and closing. This required objection handling, building rapport and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge. I raised a substantial amount for leading Australian charities.
I am eager to bring my skills to contribute towards the evolution and success of another target driven team.
Face to face sales role representing some of the largest charities in Australia. Pitching to members of the public selling different subscription packages. directly raised close to $5000 for SEDA. Responsibilities included Objection handling, resilience, cold calling.
This is Chestertons’ busiest office in South West London. After proving I was able to deal with a large volume of applicants I was moved to Clapham where I conducted viewings on numerous properties and followed up/ negotiated offers.
The Putney and Kew branch needed help due to the volume of enquiries they were receiving. My remit here was taking calls and cold calling applicants/ helping customers who came into the office and showing clients round various properties. I was congratulated by the CEO for the most calls in the Putney office. (84)

Here I undertook various roles within a start-up. This included data input, filing, organising documents and calling clients regarding PPI claims.
