Jack Morgan

I am a dedicated young professional recently out of full-time university education with a degree in sports business management with extensive experience in team working and competitive environments. I have great interpersonal skills and am also extremely committed to any role that I occupy. I thrive with any responsibility put my way and will continuously find ways to upskill to further develop my growth. Through various past experiences whether in work, education, or even my hobbies, I have learnt and developed many personal skills and qualities, as well as my own strengths and weaknesses and how to utilise them to better myself and my performances.

• I have taken part in a course for cricket leadership called Young Leaders, which included many aspects that have given me many different skills and experiences that would be able to help me in the future. The course had various areas such as volunteering, leadership training, and various sessions on the game of cricket itself. This shows to an extent my passion for extra curricular learning and personal development.
• My time working in a pub helped me to improve my overall confidence and interpersonal skills as well as showing my want to upskill and take on any extra responsibility that comes my way.
• I am able to use multiple software packages with confidence including excel, presentation, internet explorer, word etc through my experience completing my university course.
• I have been playing in competitive sporting environments throughout my whole life, which has taught and instilled many valuable qualities and skills such as effectively working and leading various teams, as well as a drive to do well and be successful which has definitely translated into my working life.
