Summary

I am currently employed as an Client Money Payment Executive. This is solution-oriented role, managing financial transactions. Resolving client queries using problem-solving mindset, forming practical solutions to ensure the we comply with FCA regulations.


Previously I was employed as Authorisation Payment Officer with Towergate Insurance Brokers. This position required me to be meticulous and precise in identifying potential inconsistencies which are essential in ensuring that all payments meet FCA regulations and thereby limiting financial breaches. Responsible for liaising with clients to ensure that payments are paid promptly and all queries are resolved appropriately.


I study for 4 years in Cardiff achieving 2:1 BA (Hons) Degree in Event Management. Throughout the programme I completed a wide range of management and leadership modules which related to business practices generally as well as specific event management modules. My degree has provided me with core knowledge and skills of the business sector with transferable skills in management, leadership and finance. The experience of university also enabled me to grow as a person, increasing my confidence and self-reliance.


I have a wealth of experience working in the customer service industry including time employed at McDonalds and Leeds Bradford Airport. These experiences have been instrumental in developing my interpersonal skills of listening, empathy, remaining calm under pressure and responding to challenging situations.
