By building strong, warm, and playful relationships, along with consistent and fair behaviour management, I aim to create a classroom environment where students are safe, included, and at ease. Within such an environment, I look to identify and draw out the potential of each student via high quality instruction, setting and maintaining high aspirations, and a believing in every students' ability to learn.

- This programme was trauma-informed and accessible to several high-level SEN and complex needs learners.

- Supported the design and delivery of an independent living skills programme which expanded beyond digital skills to teach topics such as financial literacy, English language, and Health & Wellbeing. Won £500k funding to take the program forward.
