Duties -
Review subcontractors RAMS & Lift Plans for approval & send to our client for approval, liaise with both sub contractor & client to get the RAMS approved.
Review & amend RAMS on a quarterly basis
Site Inspection & Audits - weekly client site visits
Inspect all temporary works on site eg drag boxes , shuttering , excavations - sign off excavations prior to operatives entering.
Compile KPI data & issue to Senior Management.
Lead Monthly Health & Safety Committee Meetings.
Inductions.
Review future activities & plan for potential hazards
Rapid Taxiway Airside. - Groundwork’s
The project consists of the construction of the new Echo Romeo Rapid Exit Taxiway (RET) between the main runway (08R-26L), the northern runway (08L-26R), and Juliet in accordance with the Scope

Maintaining/improving safety culture on site.
Inductions & controlling the sites training matrix.
Monitoring potential hazards & organising training for upcoming potential risks/hazards
Creating & maintaining the Projects Carbon Modelling Data sheet for our Company's Sustainability report
