Bespoke 1-2-1 mentoring by Team Managers to allow Team Member the ability to reach individual career goals.
· Completion of PowerApps Governance Solution across the Production Centre inline with Microsoft’s revised licensing agreement. Ensuring all Business-Critical Applications were migrated to the relevant environments, supporting key users throughout any testing phase as well as working in line IT Collaborative Services to activate and review any Premium Licensing.
· Implementation of Diagnostic Application to increase communication throughout the Plant with between Key Stakeholders and Diagnostics support team. Both IOS and Android notifications introduced to increase awareness and reduce downtime within the Production Line.
· 8 Waste Efficiency System developed, working in line with Company Objectives to raise of awareness of opportunities across individuals of all levels. End user training carried out to across 200+ users, with reward and recognition system implemented with Senior Management.
Working within the Logistic Business Intelligence Team, being responsible for reporting using interactive Dashboard and Applications, with a clear focus on analysing all areas of Logistics to meet business imperatives. Liaising with various stakeholders throughout the Business and external 3PL colleagues, ensuring all requirement are regularly communicated throughout. In addition to providing bespoke training to each target audience. Using multiple programs including SAP as well as Microsoft programs Excel, Power Apps and Power BI.

· Delivering and implementing a new Concept within McLaren Production Centre to manage delivery of Materials in Line 3 using Power Apps giving User’s across various department’s enhanced visualisation. Benefits include improved Process Time as well as greater Line Management.
· Introducing a full booking System for Goods In for all Inbound and Outbound deliveries, bring both views of Goods In team and the End User together to create a fully functional Web Application that is being used Company Wide.
· Implementing a Logistic Operation’s Dashboard to track the flow of all Material’s up 30 Cycle’s ahead, reducing the risk of any downtime ensuring all potential risks are rectified before Point of Pick.
Working in Stores using SAP, supplying Sequence Material to the Production Line as well as any urgent parts, moving parts to various locations around the business, investigating part shortage’s with Material Control, chasing ETA for parts and ordering Stock to the Production Centre as well stepping up to cover management in there absent or as required.
Achievements:
· Analysing and implementing new process to reducing picking time and allow for greater traceability of previously supplied Materials
· Assisting with the introduction of SAP to the Production Centre ensuring zero effect on the Production Line
Working within Stores and Goods In being responsible for booking and distributing of Materials between Goods Receipt and Car Build, preparing kits for buyers and Race Team, Assisting customers within Stores, as well as completing stock checks and investigating Stock Discrepancies.
