As I was coming to the end of the Level 3 advanced part of my apprenticeship, I started this new role after my employer offered it to me due to my expectational standard shown whilst completing my apprenticeship.

The role includes supporting bricklaying apprentices within the business currently, using my own knowledge. Other responsibilities of the role, include assisting HR with the recruitment of new bricklaying apprentices and conducting 6 monthly one to one reviews with each apprentice to help with further development.
