i have been an approved sub contractor for the housing association for a number of years when it comes to plastering and decorating whenever they require and are behind inhouse

• Prepared surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing damage.
• Tackled complex restorations sensitively, preserving original features where possible.

While at LGM (unfortunately left due to payment issues and a few other reasons) I took control of two sites as they were quite behind. apart from working on the tools myself with my main trades being plastering and decorating i organised all the relevant trades and materials to make the sites run more effectively. built relationships with the clients regarding there wants and needs. took control of all the waste issues making the sites a clean and safe place to work and made sure waste was disposed of is a organised and cost affective manner.
