  • Reviewing and handling metadata provided by our members, explaining the importance of metadata and how to generate ISRC codes.
  • Answering client queries and troubleshooting issues pertaining to performer and rights holder accounts, payments, distributions and licensing.
  • Accessing and processing performer claims/evidence from representatives to add members to applicable repertoire, evidence including LC and DSP metadata.
