  • Currently at WeDesignMaps my main role is selling advertising spaces for various tourist maps working on a rolling 4-week basis
  • I have 4 weeks to reach my target of 6.5K in sales for spaces sold in my area
  • Once I have a business booked in, I then must gather artwork off them to send to our designers so they can create their bespoke slot and proof it back to them
  • The main skills of this role include being resilient as not every call will be a great call
  • It's important I keep myself motivated and continue to offer a great service, tailor my pitches to each client and adapt
  • Another skill is time management, I must manage my time well to ensure I contact the right clients at the right times as well as meet my deadlines and target each month
  • I have produced some of the highest earning maps in the business earning healthy commission on a monthly and quarterly basis since being here as well as continuing to help grow and manage the Coventry office.

  • Over my years I have taken on many different tasks / projects within this role, the main part is focused on Sales, Retention, Complaint, Cancellations and Customer service over different brands such as sister companies Avanti and Payingtoomuch
  • Over the past year I have been moved to an outbound team mainly focusing on retentions due to the ongoing battle with the Coronavirus pandemic
  • I was selected to join this team because of my High Performance, I consistently exceed my targets which consist of Conversion, Margin Generation and Average Order Value

  • I achieve these results from giving it 100% everyday, building rapport, amazing product knowledge, mirroring and simply enough speaking to our customers how they would like to be spoken too
