  • Joined Valouran as part of the founding team following the separation from Finchhatton, with responsibility for stabilising and repositioning legacy projects, including The Whiteley and 20 Grosvenor Square, while supporting the firm’s expansion into new development management, repositioning, and sales mandates across London’s prime and super-prime residential markets.
  • Initially tasked with driving the commercial strategy and sales performance at The Whiteley redevelopment during a critical phase of the project. Responsibilities included preparing the asset for institutional sale, launching the Six Senses Hotel component, delivering the final residential sales phase, and overseeing the design and launch of the first show apartments in collaboration with leading interior designers.
  • The Whiteley comprises 139 residential apartments, a 109-key Six Senses hotel and 22 retail units, with a total development value of approximately £1.5bn.
