London
06.2025 - 08.2025
  • PMO Intern working within Ascot Group Office of the CIO, helping manage over 20 ongoing projects, as well as helped complete 1 project, Group Exposure Management Framework 2.0, which unified legacy exposure management systems into a cloud-native system, enabling automated aggregation, real-time analytics, and cross-regional reporting via scalable APIs.

  • As part of the new IT Resource Request development, created a group-wide PowerPoint presentation to inform and demonstrate how to access and execute the process, reducing confusion about the new process.
  • Supported the Group PMO's rollout of Fluid across US regions, regularly meeting with executives and project managers from Ascot US to help explain, deepen their understanding, and increase the US PMO's efficiency with the use of Fluid.
  • Improved the existing Fluid User Guide PowerPoint by adding 30 slides clarifying timetable processes, dependencies in a project, and how to create, use, and edit agile KanBan boards.
  • Using Excel, logged more than 1,200 files on the PMO SharePoint site, with clear descriptions of each file along with their location, link, and the date the files were last accessed. Executives in PMO used this Excel to increase storage capacity and decrease storage expenses.
