Health and Wellbeing, I am deeply passionate about positive mental wellbeing, I enjoy learning, researching and experiencing the link between nature and the positive effects it brings to mental well-being., I also find joy in all things active, be it hiking, boxing, yoga or ocean swimming. Reading and self-improvement are also great passions of mine.
