Helped with customer service enquiries by telephone and email - mostly delivery / tracking queries from customers.

Printing postage labels on 2 x computer systems, packing parcels and preparing for collection by couriers.

General cleaning and tidying of office and warehouse areas.

Picking customer orders from ready-made stock on shelves in warehouse.

Any other general duties that were required of me.

This was a voluntary position at a friends Nursery in Warsaw (Poland) where they wanted a native English speaker to interact with the young children for one week.

I attended each day and played / interacted with the children only speaking to them in English.
