In the last 4 years working in the salon, I have gained experience in a variety of roles, such as receptionist, hairstylist, and shop cleaner. During this time, I have also worked hard to complete my level 2 hairdressing apprenticeship. In this environment, I have had to engage with customers, resolve issues quickly and manage bookings or enquiries. My time at Enigma has taught me skills like resilience, resourcefulness and problem-solving. I perform well in customer-facing roles, and I am also capable of dealing with back-of-house tasks.
