In my current role as a Process Operative at a packaging manufacturer, I contribute to the efficient completion of products by operating packaging welding machinery and working seamlessly within a small team. I ensure that all finished goods are correctly palletised and that detailed records are maintained. A key aspect of my role involves strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols and conducting thorough quality checks to meet production standards.

• This role requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and high production setting, where there is a level of automation and time frame requirements.
• My main responsibilities include:
• To be responsible for cleaning, checking and preparing fish for production
• Following established formulas to ensure that final packaged products meets the organisation's specification as well as food safety standards
• Meeting production goals as well as various preparations and cleaning duties
• Checking outer and inner packaging during production to ensure product specification and legality requirements are met
• Performing other tasks such as cleaning and setting up machinery and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• Working in a fast paced environment with high volumes and extremely demanding where I am was responsible for ensuring that products are made at a high standard for customers to buy.
• Other tasks including setting up machinery, ensuring orders are met, completing the paperwork as well as general cleaning and housekeeping.
• At times I am also covering PC position which - this require ensuring that all paperwork is completed in time to comply with relevant legislation and major retail customers.
• From 2022 I was also working as document controller - this job involve scanning all production documentation and saving them in relevant folders to be audit ready.

• I have started my employment with Lincs Turkeys Ltd back in 2005 as a Process Operative.
• Throughout the time I have gained wide knowledge about all processes in the company which effect in my promotion to Quality Controller.
• As a Quality Controller I have been responsible for ensuring that all food safety and quality checks have been carried out in accordance with pre agreed procedures and complete associated records and audit sheets.
• Collate documentation on a daily basis and police hygiene standards throughout the plant and working practices.
