My experience working with Red as a Development officer

The Roma in the Lead project was to focusing only on the Roma Community the job descriptions was very similar to my current job

The Roma in the lead was very successful project especially in Dover where we have lots of Roma Community again i was working in partnership and provide support not just for the Community but also for the professional .Developing activities English lessons, Weekly activities ,workshop's . event's

In 2021 the Roma in the lead project has ended due to the Covid-19

And i was offered the job with my current employer as a Inclusion Development officer and my current employer wanted me to carry on with my previous job description but this time making sure that everyone is included
