The Roma in the lead was very successful project especially in Dover where we have lots of Roma Community again i was working in partnership and provide support not just for the Community but also for the professional .Developing activities English lessons, Weekly activities ,workshop's . event's
In 2021 the Roma in the lead project has ended due to the Covid-19
And i was offered the job with my current employer as a Inclusion Development officer and my current employer wanted me to carry on with my previous job description but this time making sure that everyone is included
