Driving Efficiency and Effectiveness

Manufacturing

  • Manage the production of quality finished products to deliver performance targets and production schedules

Operational Excellence

  • Performance management, continuous improvement - production performance, yield, quality, safety, environment, mechanical and zonal improvement
  • Apply lean manufacturing methodologies and tools such as SDCA and 3Cs improvement process in frontline pipeline

  • Complete area tours and internal audits and ensure the area is always at audit ready standard
